Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order subtotal is $50 or more. Delivery estimates are counted from the day your order ships, so the total time from placing your order to delivery is the processing time plus the delivery time above.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. The shipping options and rates shown at checkout apply to your order. Deliveries to some destinations may take longer than the estimates above due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes for Express orders. Some items may have shipping restrictions to certain locations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
